Shipping & Return Policy

Thank You for ordering with ISEE Vain! 


1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing may take up to 48 hours. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Saturday 8am-10pm. (If you ordered on Saturday, after 10pm, your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)

All Packages Delivery is with the USPS (priority mail). Business days are Monday-Saturday


2. When will my tracking number start to update?

After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Please Track Your Package at www.USPS.com. Your Tracking Number will be sent to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox.


3. Can I make changes to my order?

To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed between 24-48 hours. So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.


4. May I return my order?

  • Due to the nature of the item and for sanitary purposes ALL SALES ARE FINAL
  • We do not do returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our behalf, we will make the changes to correct it immediately
  • NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES/NO CANCELLATIONS


Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and Reason for return. 

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and it is recommended that you send your return with a tracking number because ISEE Vain will not be responsible for lost returns. ISEE Vain recommend that you DO NOT use UPS to send your return as they charge very high fees to clear the parcel which we will not be responsible for.
